SHAPE HALF BOOTCAMP

Join us at 6:30pm on Wednesday, February 28th at the NYRR RUNCENTER for part two of our SHAPE Half Bootcamp! This exclusive class, created by Brave Body Project founders – Amber Rees & Lindsey Clayton – is the second of a new, three-part class series specially designed for those training for the SHAPE Women’s Half-Marathon.

ABOUT THE CLASS:

What is Brave Body Project? It’s a 45 minute fast-paced, dynamic, full-body hybrid workout combining strength training & cardio. You’ll alternate moving as one to a beat-based rhythm of a curated playlist and then move through muscle sculpting sections set to your own pace and tempo.
